What to bring?
-Yellow Voucher numbers 3, 4, and 5 for each member of the group you are picking tickets up for
-The ID card of the individual picking up tickets
-The Group ID, Rank, and Password as created on http://www.udaytonredscare.com
-We prefer if only 1 person from each group pick up the tickets (to keep the congestion down), but more members are welcome to do.
What to do?
-The morning of the distribution, please check your group's final Rank on http://www.udaytonredscare.com. Details regarding this information will be distributed Thursday morning via email.
-Also be sure to check what time slot you have been assigned to.
-The night of the distribution, please bring all of the items mentioned above to the Frericks Center Gym NO LATER THAN the time assigned to you.
-As you enter the doors FACING ALBERT EMANUAL HALL, there will be a Red Scare Executive there to direct you where to go. As you enter the gym, please find the line that contains your group rank. Talk with other people in this line and arrange yourself according to rank.
-As you stand in line, another Red Scare Executive will staple and mark your vouchers with the number of games you will be attending. Please group all Game 3 Vouchers together, all Game 4 vouchers together, etc.
-Once your particluar time hits, the Red Scare Executive running the distribution will begin to go through the line and check in groups by their rank.
-After a group has been checked in, they will proceed, in the
same order, to the Ticketing table. You will hand your vouchers to the Ticketing employees, and they will give you the same number of tickets in exchange.
-Once you receive these tickets, you are free to go.
-What if I don't make it to my timeslot on time?
-If you do not show up on time, even if you are 1 minute late, your group will be moved to the end of your particular timeslot. If you have still not arrived, your group will then be moved to the end of the next timeslot, and so on until you either arrive, or the distribution ends, whichever comes first. If you completely miss the distribution, you have waived any tickets you were entitled to by rank, and will have to pick up any remaining tickets on a first-come first-serve basis at the KU Box Office on Friday morning beginning at 9AM.
-Does the individual picking up tickets have to be a group member?
-Preferrably, the individual picking up tickets will be a member of the group. However, if all of the group members have prior commitments, you can find another individual to pick up the tickets for the group. Just be sure to bring all of the information listed above under the "What to Bring" section.
-What happens if I have lost my vouchers? Can I get a new set?
-No replacement vouchers will be distributed, and refunds will not be given for lost vouchers. If you have lost your vouchers, you can puchase a new set at the KU Box Office for $30.
